Jing Zhang is an accomplished professional in the field of materials and reliability engineering, currently serving as Director of Innovation China at Heraeus since February 2017, where responsibilities include leading research and development activities and engineering services for Chinese customers. Prior roles include Project Manager specializing in power semiconductor module design and manufacture, and Simulation Engineer focusing on reliability modeling of electronic packages. Jing Zhang also held the position of Chair at IEEE CPMT BENELUX chapter from December 2015 to 2022 and was a Postdoctoral Researcher at TU Delft working on solder reliability in LED lighting products. Jing Zhang earned a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering & Reliability Engineering from Delft University of Technology, complemented by a Master's degree from KU Leuven and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
