Michael Sommerlad has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as Head of Finance and a member of the Management Team at Heraeus since March 2011. In this role, Michael has also held positions as Global Business Line Controller, Head of Site Controlling, and Vice President Finance for HN America LLC. Prior to joining Heraeus, Michael worked at RHI AG as Senior Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions and held the position of Business Unit Controller at Lenzing AG. Michael's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Expert in Finance & Planning at Fresenius Group and Business Analyst at INVISTA.
