Min Cheng is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in human resources management across various organizations. Currently, Min serves as the HRVP at Heraeus, overseeing HR responsibilities for Greater China and leading a significant HR transformation project. Previously, Min held multiple HR roles at BASF, including Head of HR for Polyurethanes and Construction Chemicals, along with responsibilities for 20 manufacturing sites and engineering operations. Min's early career includes a position as a trainer at Sinopec and an HR manager role at BASF's Global Headquarters in Germany. Min is pursuing a Master's degree in Sociology at Nanjing University.
