Shane Phillips is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Regional HPS Lead for the Americas at Heraeus since September 2023, Shane oversees the Heraeus Production System across 15 manufacturing sites within six operating companies. In addition to this role, Shane is the President of Treasure Coast Consulting, offering expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Business Excellence, and Leadership Development since January 2023. Previous positions include Manager Continuous Improvement at Serta Simmons Bedding, Manager Factory Manufacturing Excellence at Nestlé Health Science, and various roles at Huhtamaki, including Continuous Improvement Manager and Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University, completed in 2011.
