Ute Rausch

Ute Rausch is the Global Head of HR Executive Management & Executive Vice President at Heraeus, a position held since 2011, responsible for leading the HR Executive Management department and overseeing global talent management initiatives. Rausch previously served as Head of HR International and Head of Global Talent Management, where expertise was applied in developing talent pipelines and partnering with business leaders. Additionally, Rausch held the role of Senior Vice President Corporate Development HR, focusing on HR transformation and strategic projects. Earlier in the career at W.C.Heraeus GmbH, Rausch served as Senior Vice President and Global HR Business Partner for the Precious Metal Business, managing a workforce of 5,000 employees. Rausch's education includes a Master's degree in Economics from Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences and training at the Sankt Gallen Management Institute. Rausch's innovative contributions to HR have earned recognition, including the HR Excellence Award 2015.
