Uwe Endruschat

Uwe Endruschat has extensive experience in leadership roles within the Heraeus corporate group, currently serving as Geschäftsführer at Heraeus Business Solution since July 2023. Uwe has been Global Head of EHS at Heraeus since August 2019, and previously held multiple key positions at Heraeus Holding GmbH, including Global Head of the Heraeus Production System and Global Lead of Audit Operation Excellence from January 2015 to August 2019. Uwe's background also includes serving as Vice President Operations in the Chemicals Division of Heraeus Precious Metals from January 2013 to December 2014, General Manager of Heraeus Catalyst Danyang from January 2009 to December 2012, and Technical Head of Emission Catalysts at Heraeus Precious Metal GmbH & Co KG from January 2006 to December 2008. Uwe began a career in R&D at W.C. Heraeus GmbH in 2000, ascending to Group Lead R&D Emission Catalysts and R&D Project Manager during tenure until December 2005.
