Varuni Novick

Varuni Novick has a diverse range of work experience. Varuni started their career as an Environmental Chemist at American Environmental Networks in Phoenix, AZ in 1992. After five years, they joined Sumitomo Sitix as an Engineering Failure Analysis specialist. In 2000, they transitioned to Innovex Inc. where they held multiple roles including Customer Quality Manager, Sr. Program Manager, Director of Sales, Marketing & New Product Development, and Director of Manufacturing Operations for the Thailand Facility. Varuni then moved on to become the President of ATEK Products at ATEK Companies in 2007. In 2009, they worked as an Independent Consultant for Facility Consolidation & Relocation to Czech Republic & China at Portola Tech International. Finally, in 2010, they joined Heraeus as the Director of Site Account Management for the Americas.

Varuni Novick holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from Arizona State University. In addition, they have a certification as a Six Sigma Certified Brown Belt.
