Herald Therapeutics is a spin-off, start-up from the University of Minnesota (UMN) developing novel therapies for high impact lung and cardiac diseases with unmet need for improved treatment.  We have platform therapeutic program to treat high morbidity and mortality lung and heart diseases with first-to-human direct lung delivery that repletes a deficient natural hormone in the lung and blood. Our phase 2b initial clinical trial shows early efficacy without adverse events. New formulations are being tested for acute heart failure and other lung and heart diseases.
