Nir Pearl

Nir Pearl is an experienced operations leader in the medical device sector, currently serving as the Director of Operations at HeraMED Limited since October 2022. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Neurolief, where Nir focused on neuromodulation technology, and Site Operations and Design Transfer Manager at EPD Solutions, a Philips company specializing in cardiac treatment devices. Nir's extensive experience also encompasses positions as Operations Manager at IceCure Medical and Expanding Orthopedics, where responsibilities included supply chain management, logistical operations, and administration of information systems. Nir's career began in the IDF as a Logistic Officer, achieving the rank of Major, following a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Braude Academic College.
