Daniel H. Janssen

Daniel H. Janssen serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at Heras since September 2017, overseeing procurement and driving organizational transformation. Prior experience includes roles as Supply Chain Director and Group Supply Chain and Production Manager at CRH from February 2015 to September 2017, focusing on performance improvement. Daniel's background also features a tenure at Tata Steel in Europe, where responsibilities included project implementation related to product quality and cost efficiency, along with functions as an operational excellence improvement consultant. Academic qualifications consist of a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven, complemented by a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Daniel embarked on a technical management traineeship at Tata Steel and completed research at TU Delft focused on innovative materials.
