Otwin de Wit

Otwin de Wit currently serves as CHRO at Heras since November 2023. Prior to this role, de Wit held various positions at A.Hak from June 2018 to November 2023, including HR Director and HR Manager. Experience also includes serving as Head of HR & QSHE at ThyssenKrupp from June 2014 to June 2018, and HR Manager at AGC Flat Glass Nederland B.V. from 2007 to 2014. Earlier roles include positions at Albert Heijn, Vanboeijen, Stork Installatietechiek, and Kelly Services.
