Bob Caster

Bob Caster is a Partner at Herbein + Company, Inc., where they have been practicing since 2007. Previously, Bob served as a Partner at Concannon Gallagher & Miller Co., P.C. from 1989 to 2006. With a career beginning in 1976, they have specialized in insolvency, representing debtors, secured parties, creditor committees, and trustees, and have been deeply involved in litigation and fraud matters. Bob has held prominent roles, including Bankruptcy Examiner and State Court appointed Receiver, and has chaired both the PICPA Committee on Insolvency and Bankruptcy and the PICPA Committee on Forensic and Litigation Services. They obtained an MBA in Finance from New York University between 1976 and 1978.
