Previously, they served as the President and CEO of Jackson Leadership-USA and were a partner at Tanner LLC, where they led the Agile Leadership Development Practice. Their experience spans collaborations with organizations in North America, Europe, Asia, and South America, including large multinational companies and smaller firms. Gary holds a degree from the University of Idaho, awarded in 2000. In their personal life, they enjoy restoring classic cars and spending time with family.
