Frank Angelacci is an experienced maritime professional with a robust background in leadership and technical management. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Herbert Engineering Corp. since February 2022 and as President of Angelacci Maritime Consulting since July 2019, Frank has previously held significant roles including President & COO and Vice President of Operations at Patriot Contract Services, LLC from October 2011 to June 2019, as well as Fleet Technical Manager at APL from 2005 to October 2011. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, where studies were completed from 1976 to 1980.
