Herbie’s Burgers was built on a simple belief: restaurants should be fun.

Somewhere along the way, the restaurant industry became obsessed with efficiency, optimization, and trends. Menus got overcomplicated. Brands lost their personality. Dining out became boring.

Herbie’s Burgers is different. We combine quality ingredients, thoughtful design, and just plain fun into an experience that makes people feel part of a community.

Every burger starts with 100% grass-fed organic beef that is smashed fresh to order. Beyond burgers, Herbie’s offers a full lineup of vegan and gluten-free options, making it possible for everyone to enjoy the experience regardless of their beliefs or dietary restrictions.

What began as a single location in Upstate New York has grown into one of the region’s fastest-growing restaurant brands, with multiple locations across Upstate New York and Brooklyn and a team of more than 100 employees.

As we continue to grow, our focus remains the same: serving great food, building great teams, and creating restaurants that become part of the communities they serve. We believe strong culture drives strong operations, and that hospitality is still one of the most powerful forces in business.

We’re not trying to reinvent the burger. We’re trying to remind people why they loved going out for one in the first place.
