Agnel William has extensive experience in various technical roles, beginning as a Guest Lecturer at Kalignar College in 2009, followed by positions as a Systems Engineer at Thomson Reuters and a Database Administrator Engineer at Solutions Infini Technologies India. Agnel spent four years as a Senior System Engineer at Kaleyra, before transitioning to a Cloud Platform Engineer role at Ideal Mediaworks. From 2021 to 2023, Agnel served as DevOps Lead at The Parentinc and currently holds the position of DevOps Lead at HERE Technologies since November 2023. Agnel completed a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from St. Joseph's College, Tiruchirapalli between 2008 and 2011.
