Alexey Sintsov is a seasoned security professional with experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Security Engineering at HERE Technologies, Alexey is responsible for building a purple team focused on threat management, detection engineering, monitoring, automation, penetration tests, and incident simulations. With a background in writing for Hacker magazine and working at companies like Nokia and Digital Security, Alexey's expertise lies in making the world a more secure place through security audits, application security assessment, penetration testing, and security architecture consulting. An alumnus of St. Petersburg Polytechnical University, Alexey holds a degree in Information Security in Computer Systems.
