Daniel Karch

Daniel Karch is a Lead Software Engineer at HERE Technologies since March 2023, with prior experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Mobimeo from April 2019 to March 2023, and a Software Developer at Springer Nature from October 2017 to March 2019. Previously, Daniel served as a Backend Engineer and Software Engineer focusing on algorithms at Zalando SE from April 2014 to September 2017. Additionally, experience as a Research Assistant at TU Berlin from January 2011 to April 2014 included work on shortest path routing in IP networks, scheduling problems, and integer programming, primarily implementing models in C++ and occasionally using Python. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, obtained between 2004 and 2010, along with additional coursework at Università degli Studi dell'Aquila in 2008.
