Davit Melkumyan

Davit Melkumyan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Architect at HERE Technologies since December 2014, Davit specializes in location-based services and connected driving projects, overseeing technical execution and leading teams as a subject matter expert. Prior to this role, Davit held positions at Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer 2, contributing to the Analytics Pipeline for Bing Apps, and at Macadamian Technologies, where core WinZip libraries were ported to Mac OS X. Furthermore, Davit has held senior engineering roles at Virage Logic and Instigate CJSC, focusing on EDA tools and library development. Davit holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Informatics and Applied Mathematics from Yerevan State University.
