Eric Hauer

Eric Hauer is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering at HERE, a Nokia company since 2014, Eric oversees a team of over 65 software engineers, focusing on automation and the integration of machine learning technologies to enhance mapping capabilities. Prior to this role, Eric worked as Manager of Engineering at Navteq Corporation, where responsibilities included managing the architecture and development of tools for map building. Eric's career began at Open Port Technology as a Senior Software Engineer and included significant roles at CNA Insurance, overseeing application development for enterprise projects.
