Heather Lane has over 15 years of experience in product management and project coordination within the technology and mapping sectors. Currently serving as a Product Manager and previously as a Senior Business Analyst at HERE Technologies, Heather has led global voice projects for Mapping Operations. Prior roles include Senior Project Coordinator at both HERE Technologies and Nokia, as well as a POI/Operations Analyst at NAVTEQ, focusing on product comparisons and voice project coordination. Heather began her career as a Geographic Technician, utilizing proprietary software for geocoding in a digital mapping database. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
