Joe Massone

Joe Massone is a seasoned professional in project management and professional services with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Professional Services at HERE Technologies since January 2015, Joe leads delivery for Federal, State, and Local projects within the North American public sector and oversees the development of the public sector Professional Services pipeline. Prior roles include Senior Portfolio Manager at HERE Technologies, where Joe established the Americas Project Management Office and managed over 50 concurrent projects, as well as Portfolio Manager at Nokia, focusing on complex projects for Fortune 500 companies. Joe began a career in management at NAVTEQ as Operations Manager, directing multiple teams and implementing significant projects. Joe holds an MBA in Project Management from Mississippi State University and a BA in Geography from Auburn University.
