Melissa (Mel) Nazareth is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in global HR transformation, particularly in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and Head of Total Rewards for the APAC region at HERE Technologies since June 2015, Melissa has successfully managed various HR programs, including global mobility initiatives. Prior experience includes leading significant HR transformation projects at Anila HR Consulting Services Ltd and holding several key HR positions at Nokia, where responsibilities spanned across HR integration in North America and global compensation and benefits management. Melissa holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis and is a CHRP candidate from HRPA.
