Sounthar M

Sounthar M is a Lead Data Scientist at HERE Technologies, currently working in the Cloud FinOps Center of Excellence. They are a graduate student in Data Science at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, specializing in optimization and machine learning to enhance resource utilization in cloud environments. With over five years of experience leading teams in SharePoint and web development using .Net technologies, Sounthar has also engaged in full-stack development with various modern frameworks. Prior to their current role, they contributed to the development of predictive analytics and optimization solutions at HERE Technologies and served as a Graduate Assistant focused on refugee allocation optimization. Sounthar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Anna University and a Master’s degree in Data Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
