Marcus Söderberg

Marcus Söderberg is currently the Group CFO and Head of M&A and Business Development at Herenco, an independent, family-owned group based in Jönköping, Sweden. In previous roles, Marcus served as a member of the Board of Directors at Bufab International AB and held various executive positions, including Group CFO and Financial Manager, where they were responsible for significant financial reporting and operations. With a background in auditing and consultancy from Ernst & Young, Marcus has developed extensive expertise in financial management, acquisitions, and investor relations. In addition to professional responsibilities, Marcus is the owner of Become AB and a member of the board at Seafire AB, contributing to diversified investments in profitable SMEs.
