Dave Waldek

Dave Waldek has over 30 years of experience in the finance industry. Dave began their career in 1987 as a Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young. In 1990, they moved to Boston Scientific/NAMIC as Vice President of Finance, where they were responsible for the financial performance, internal controls, reporting requirements, and communication of financial results for a $150 million multi-national medical device public company. Dave then moved to Albany Molecular Research in 1999 as Chief Financial Officer, where they coordinated the acquisition and integration of five companies and investment in three private companies. In 2013, they joined Plug Power Inc. as Chief Financial Officer, where they served from 2007-2008 and from 2013-2014 through CFO Advisory Group. In 2016, they joined Linium as Chief Financial Officer, where they worked for a globally recognized firm with over 16 years of experience in consulting, recruiting, and managed services. Dave then joined Gatherer's Gourmet Granola as a Board of Director Member in 2019 and TransTech Systems Incorporated as a Member Board of Directors in 2017. In 2023, they joined Heretto as Chief Financial Officer.

Dave Waldek obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the University of Rochester in 1986. Dave then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting/Finance from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, which they completed in 1987.
