Mary Ellen Olson, CSM, CSPO, is currently an Implementation Manager at Heretto. They have extensive experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Project Manager, having previously worked as a Product Owner at MediSked, LLC, and a Scrum Master at Mindex, where they practiced servant leadership and guided teams in agile methodologies. They also held roles at AeroSafe Global as a Sr. Product Owner and Project Manager and at Thomson Reuters as a Lead Business Process Analyst. Mary Ellen's educational background includes studies in Communication and English Literature at SUNY Geneseo and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University at Buffalo.
