Robert Farney has over 20 years of professional work experience. Robert began their career in 1990 as a Xyvision Developer at Thomson. In 1998, they moved to Document Management Solutions, Inc. as an Application Consultant. In 2000, they worked as a Project Manager at MediaBridge and as an Application Developer at Lighthouse Solutions, Inc. Robert then moved to Element K in 2001, where they served as a Senior Developer. In 2012, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Logical Operations. In 2013, they took on the role of Technical Account Manager at Xyleme, Inc. and, in 2017, they began working as a Customer Success Developer at Heretto.

Robert Farney attended Mynderse Academy, The Art Institutes from 1984 to 1987 where they earned an AAS in Graphic Design and Illustration, and Rochester Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1990.
