The digital future needs more diversity. #herHACK inspires women, high school students, and young professionals to explore the world of technology and digitalization.

#herHACK is Switzerland’s largest women-led hackathon and creates a space where women can try new things, build self-confidence, and develop the courage to bring their own ideas to life.

To this end, we organize inspiring sessions together with our partners, where knowledge is shared, experiences are exchanged, and new skills can be discovered in a hands-on way. The focus is not on perfection, but on the courage to take the first step and trust in one’s ability to try something new.

The highlight is a hackathon where participants can develop innovative ideas together, collaborate creatively, and further develop their skills in a supportive environment.

#herHACK is organized by the What-The-Hack association. Following its acquisition by digitalswitzerland, the association has been operating independently again since 2026, with the vision of promoting greater diversity and equal opportunity in the tech and ICT world.
