For us 'Montessori' is not just a name, but the principles that we live and work by daily in our classrooms. Our curriculum and self-teaching materials encourage children to explore, discover and construct their own learning, instead of learning by rote or in parrot-fashion. It is on this foundation that we build the elementary years, consolidating the gains of the early years and preparing children for a life of leadership, responsibility and individual achievement through a curriculum that is wholistic, balanced, well-researched and international in content. The success rates of our graduating class at achievement tests and entrance examinations into independent secondary schools at home and abroad speak for itself. At Heritage House Montessori we cultivate in our classrooms a union of individual empowerment and social commitment.  We prepare the 'citizens of the future' with solid academic preparation and critical thinking skills.
