Heritage Staffing is a Geneva-based recruitment firm specialising in private households and family offices in Switzerland and internationally.

Founded in 2012, we support principals, family offices, advisers, and private household leaders with discreet, carefully managed recruitment for trusted domestic, operational, and senior support roles.

Our work covers private household recruitment, including Estate Managers, House Managers, Property Managers, Private PAs, private chefs, housekeepers, chauffeurs, nannies, and senior domestic staff. We also support family office recruitment for Executive Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, COOs, CFOs, Heads of Family Office, CEOs, and other key leadership or operational appointments.

For clients creating or reorganising a household or family office, we can assist with role design, team structure, reporting lines, and the recruitment of the initial team. Recent assignments include senior family office appointments, multi-property management roles, and full household staffing for new private residences.

Every search is handled with discretion, structure, and long-term fit in mind. Our process can include full background checks, personality assessments, trial periods, guarantees, and payrolling services for clients who require ongoing administrative support.

Based in Geneva, Heritage Staffing serves clients across Switzerland, the UK, wider Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
