Local cable television for southwest Virginia & parts of Northeast Tennessee.  HTV operates on the NFS system for SCTC streaming, offering 24/7/365 programming of local and regional events.  Advertiser supported.  Cable system carrying Heritage TV is Scott County Cable System.  Our programs consist of all locally produced coverage of fairs, festivals, parades, pageants, and other various events.  HTV also produces regular programs with content geared toward our local audiences.
