Chris Howard

Chris brings to Hermanson over two decades of experience as a Foreman and Superintendent. His skills include design-build and plan-spec work and his experience in medical facilities, data centers, laboratories, and commercial office buildings gives Chris a wide range of expertise.

Chris is an active part of Hermanson’s MEP Coordination / BIM efforts and works to establish strong, supportive relationships with the General Contractor’s personnel during pre-construction. Chris’s primary duty is the direct supervision and schedule control for the field sheet metal, plumbing & piping foreman, subcontractors, shop fabrication, material delivery, detailing, quality control, and safety. He organizes daily and weekly activities so that construction materials, equipment and answers to questions are readily available.
