Dan Lund

Dan’s experience includes extensive work on the Microsoft campus - both large construction efforts and retrofit / LCR updates. He is responsible for maintaining communication flows between project participants and field labor. He produces and tracks RFI’s as well as submittal data. He establishes control systems vital to successful field operations. Dan also creates and tracks material and equipment buyouts totaling in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Dan implements LEAN methods in the day to day operations and places a strong emphasis on maintaining effective and timely communications. Dan is a LEED Green Associate.
