Céline Ballet

Céline Ballet is currently a Directrice Façonniers at Hermès and an independent administrator, specializing in accompanying Boards of Directors in the transformation and growth of SMEs and ETIs, particularly in the fields of craftsmanship, sports, education, and the environment. Céline has held various leadership roles, including Chef de projet at Ericsson and Directrice at Des-Sacs, where they were responsible for managing large teams and projects in the luxury and telecommunication sectors. Céline also co-founded D&B Créations and contributed significantly to product development at Louis Vuitton. They hold an MBA in Finance from the Institut d'Etudes politiques de Paris and are pursuing further education as an independent administrator at emlyon business school.
