Flora Stefanini possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held various roles in reputable organizations since 2008. At QUADRA Consultants, Flora focused on recruitment through direct approaches to senior executives. Subsequently, at AREVA NP, responsibilities included supporting human resources for the ATMEA joint venture, with a focus on compensation, development, and international mobility. Flora's tenure at Danone spanned several roles, including overseeing social relations, managing human resources for a workforce of 200, and leading training initiatives while adapting to organizational changes and the impact of COVID-19. Currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines at Hermès, Flora continues to leverage a strong educational background from Sciences Po Paris and experience in managing HR functions effectively.
