Hélène Decot

Hélène Decot has extensive experience in product industrialization and project management within the textile and fashion industries. Hélène worked at Groupe Chantelle as Responsable industrialisation nouveaux produits from January 2008 to January 2020, overseeing up to 150 corsetry references per collection and managing industrialization teams. Prior to this role, Hélène served as Chef de Projet Materiaux at PRONAL and held positions at Decathlon France, where responsibilities included quality engineering and product development for swimwear collections. Most recently, Hélène was Chef de Projet Industrialisation Maroquinerie at Hermès from January 2020 to August 2022, focusing on the coordination of new product industrialization while maintaining high-quality standards. Hélène holds degrees from Lycée G. Apollinaire, École nationale de chimie physique et biologie de Paris, and HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur, culminating in an Ingénieur ESTIT degree in Textile.
