Julia Minssen

Julia Minssen is currently the Responsable Animation Qualité e-commerce Europe at Hermès, where they ensure the quality of Hermès products and improve the customer experience in the European e-commerce sector. They previously held the position of Responsable Qualité at COSMETEST, managing quality systems for major cosmetic groups and conducting audits and training. Julia gained valuable experience as an intern at Givaudan, where they implemented Good Manufacturing Practices and managed quality audits, and at Institut Pasteur, focusing on viral vector production. Julia holds a Master’s degree in Quality of Cosmetic and Health Products from Université Paris Descartes.
