Karima Arrat is the Directrice Pôle Industriel Chaussures at Hermès, a position held since 2021. Prior to this role, Karima worked at Louis Vuitton as the Responsable développement matières Cuir et Textiles from 2009 to 2013 and led product development teams at Cartier and Lejaby Groupe. With a strong background in industrialization and materials science, Karima has contributed significantly to the development and quality of luxury products throughout their career. Currently, Karima is pursuing multiple degrees in Sciences and Materials at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
