Louise Rouch

Louise Rouch is a young graduate with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from IAE Rouen Normandie, where they achieved the distinction of Mention Bien. They are currently the Human Resources Manager at Hermès, having previously held roles as a Human Resources Assistant and a Project Manager within the same company. Prior to joining Hermès, Louise worked as an Animator for Mairie Petit Quevilly and gained valuable experience in human resources through managing recruitment and integration processes across multiple production sites. Louise also holds degrees in Law and Intellectual Property Law.
