Mathieu Vandecasteele

Mathieu Vandecasteele is an experienced, client-oriented Project Manager with a technical background and a focus on improving operations within the luxury sector. They began their career in IT support at SCC before advancing to managerial roles, including IT Helpdesk Manager for SAFRAN GROUP and Head of IT Service Desk at Bulgari. At Hermès, Mathieu held several positions, culminating in their current role as Director of the Dubai Mall Store, where they lead efforts to enhance operational standards and implement strategic initiatives. They earned their Baccalauréat in STI Electronique with distinction and a DUT in Génie Electricité Informatique Industrielle.
