Michael Pagan

Michael Pagan currently serves as the Manager of Learning Enablement at Hermès, where responsibilities include managing and facilitating onboarding programs and seasonal product training for retail employees. Previously held the position of Candidate Experience Lead at Wayfair, managing various projects focused on candidate experience and background checks. Experience also includes serving as Transition Team Leader at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School, overseeing compliance documentation for students with disabilities, and as a Special Education and Mathematics Teacher for the NYC Department of Education, where a culturally-responsive curriculum was developed. Early career experience includes working as a Barista at Starbucks. Michael Pagan holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Stony Brook University, a Master’s Degree in Adolescent Students with Disabilities from St. John's University, a Master of Arts in History of Art & Architecture from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Linguistics from the University of Florida.
