Solène Minguez

Solène Minguez is currently the Responsable de Fabrication at Hermès, where they oversee production, support artisans in maintaining the house's quality standards, and implement continuous improvement processes. Previously, Solène held production roles at Vanessa Seward, A.P.C., and Balibaris, gaining extensive experience in purchasing and production management. Solène began their educational journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Université Paris Sorbonne, followed by a Manager degree in Product Development for Fashion and Textiles from Ecole Supérieure des Industries du Vêtement.
