Tom Quemere

Tom Quemere has extensive experience in product development, quality management, and industrialization, particularly in the luxury goods and technology sectors. Since October 2016, Tom has held various positions at Hermès, including Directeur du développement Cuir, where responsibilities included managing the development of over 70 components, ensuring quality during product development and mass production, and serving as the EPM for multiple collections. Prior to Hermès, Tom worked at Apple as a Leather Material Engineer, focusing on the development of innovative leathers for several products, and completed an internship at Trumpler GmbH & Co. KG, where Tom developed tanning formulas. Tom holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Polymer Chemistry with a specialization in leather from ITECH and a DUT in Chemistry from IUT Chimie de Créteil/Vitry.
