Lisa Dammann

Lisa Dammann has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager Projects I People Strategy, Tech & Projects at Hermes Germany GmbH since October 2019, where responsibilities include comprehensive management of the HR lifecycle, development and coordination of cross-departmental process changes, and optimization of current processes through digitalization. In previous roles at the same company, Lisa held positions focusing on HR process coordination and knowledge management, as well as nationwide recruiting and employee consultation. Prior to Hermes, Lisa worked as an HR Consultant at Ludwig & Paehlke from September 2017 to September 2019.
