Caleb Phillips

Caleb Phillips has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Caleb started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at AEROTONOMY, INC. in 2008 and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2016, Caleb worked at Area-I, Inc. in various roles, including Lead Avionics Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, and Flight Test Crew Chief. In 2016, they joined Generation Orbit Launch Services, Inc. where they initially worked as an Embedded Systems Engineer. Caleb was then promoted to the role of Sr. Embedded Systems Engineer and eventually became the Avionics Team Lead. In 2022, Caleb joined SpaceWorks Enterprises, Inc. (SEI) as the Avionics Technical Director and worked there until mid-2023. Currently, they are serving as the Principal Avionics Systems Engineer at Hermeus starting from May 2023. Caleb has gained extensive experience and expertise in avionics, embedded systems, and mechanical engineering throughout their career.

Caleb Phillips completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Caleb attended the institute from 2008 to 2012.
