Kodi Caster

Kodi Caster has held various engineering positions throughout their career. In 2007 and 2008, they were an Engineering Intern at Spirit AeroSystems. In 2009, they were a Composites R&D Engineer at Spirit AeroSystems. From 2014 to 2019, they held the roles of Sr. Dragon Development Engineer, Lead Mechanical Engineer, and Tooling Engineer at SpaceX. Lead Mechanical Engineer was a role where they managed a team of tool design engineers for composite part specialty. Finally, from 2021 onward, they have held the roles of Manager - Structures, Lead Structures Engineer, and Principal Structural Engineer at Hermeus.

Kodi Caster received their Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Kansas in 2009 and their Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Wichita State University in 2012.
