Michael Griffin

Michael Griffin is an accomplished machinist with extensive experience in leading teams and optimizing machining processes. Currently serving as the Lead Machinist at Hermeus since May 2022, Michael has been instrumental in transitioning the team from Mastercam to NX CAM and into production. Prior to this role, Michael spent over a decade at Composite Resources, Inc., where responsibilities included programming, training, and supervising machinists as the Lead Production Machinist. Earlier experience encompasses positions at Prototype Tooling, Inc. and Gelles Racing, where skills in machining, production management, and race car preparation were acquired. Michael holds degrees in Motorsports Vehicle Technology from Lanier Technical College and has a strong educational background from Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgia College & State University.
