Rob Weiss

Rob Weiss currently serves as an Independent Director and Board Member at Ultra Maritime and as an Advisor at Bell Flight. Weiss is also a member of the Board of Advisors for both Hermeus and Catalyze Partners. Previously, Weiss held the position of Independent Director and Chairman of the Board at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions until August 2024. From 1985 to 2019, Weiss had a distinguished career at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, where numerous roles included Executive Vice President and General Manager of Advanced Development Programs (Skunk Works) and Advanced Strike & ISR Programs. Weiss has military experience as a Captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve from 1976 to 2000. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science from the University of Southern California.
