Ryan Padua

Ryan Padua has three years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Structures Engineer at Hermeus. Prior to that, they were a Vehicle Engineering Intern at SpaceX from 2020-2021, where they were responsible for two components on Starlink satellite, reduced component production time by 50%, and developed and executed testing regimes to qualify vehicle components for flight. Before that, they were Technical Director and Chassis Lead at Bruin Racing from 2018-2020, where they redesigned the chassis to optimize for weight savings and focused on systems engineering to keep all components fluidly integrated into the chassis.

Ryan Padua attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 2017 to 2021 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
